Communication:

Good communication means to be able to deliver our ideas to others with the right tone, catching their attention. Mikodam has a department dedicated to this, producing presentation materials, videos and social media contents. Our  website remains up to date, always improving, according to the feedback we get.  Making design and quality our priorities we seek the same standards in our communication tools, being aware of the value of graphic design.

Mikodam is a high-end brand recently taking its place in the market. The sustainability of demand towards Mikodam branded products lies on a foundation based on quality assurance that comes with unique designs, experiencing comfort on different levels and customer satisfaction dependent on solution providing.

Mikodam is focused on personal and communal development. Mikodam is an environmentally conscious brand caring for nature and human life with a high standard for quality. Mikodam adopts its role in society with social responsibility projects focused on consciousness, flexibility, comprehension and revision, and decision-making abilities.

Mikodam works with an account based non-territorial system where each client has an account manager whom they can contact regarding all issues.

Our system and work ethics are based on honesty and transparency where each colleague is treated equally receiving what they have earned through hard work.

 

Audience:

Mikodam’s target audience has a high-end, sophisticated profile; a high-income community that values high-quality, cultural experiences and limitlessness. Mikodam targets a global audience between the ages 25 to 75.

Mikodam focuses its improvement on customer expectations: feedback, trends, demands and unsolved needs are leading factors. Being innovative, staying up to date and foreseeing the needs of the customers are subjects of high significance for our brand managers. Mikodam targets architects, interior designers, contractors, end users, retail customers and cooperative companies who demand advanced retail design products that are in a non-territorial, global market, with high added value. USA, Germany, Canada and the UK are the close period target markets while other EU countries, the UAE, Qatar and Japan are long term ones.

Market and Method:

Mikodam mainly focuses on hospitality, commercial, workplace, entertainment and residential projects aiming fast yet steady growth with quantitative and qualitative development. Mikodam also collaborates with independent agents such as sales representatives, audio integrators, real estate agents, dealers, kitchen, bathroom, furniture and building material stores…

In comparison to its competitors Mikodam has the capacity to market designed products with high added value at better prices. Competing products are usually more simple or they have to be custom made, hence solved each time,  resulting in much higher costs and delivery times. 

We aim to create a prestigious community where everyone is involved, sharing ideas and a passion for design. We aim to step out of territorial systems creating a network of professionals globally. We, as designers, are a part of society and we aim to continue our work through collaborations among different platforms within this society.

At Mikodam, we use Hubspot as our CRM tool where we have contacts and contact-owners. Each Mikodam contact, potential leads, deals and all their given information must be entered onto Hubspot allowing all our team members to be up to date about the ongoing deals and their stages.   All deals and projects can be followed   on the Sales Pipeline while the system also works as an archiving tool.

There are Mikodam mailing groups for different needs; all topic-related mails are CC-ed to these groups in order to keep the transparency and to channel the requests to the right sources within Mikodam.

We expect our representatives to use pCon which allows better visual communication with the end-users also creating a  format for the deals and proposals.

All our products are manufactured in and shipped from Turkey therefore delivery and sometimes manufacturing time should be taken into consideration.

We offer assistance for installation and any technical issues.

 

Targets:

Mikodam aims a  yearly 200 000 to 1 000 000 USD turnover for each sales point, totalling   an average of   10 000 000 USD sales annually.

Additionally, the target for contracts  is two to three   3 000 000 to 5 000 000 USD budgeted projects per year.
